If you've noticed that iDextro was out of the rankings for a moment.. Sorry. *cough* shark *cough* but Dextro donated and got a gm level 1 for a moment. Which contains the @fm command. But since it was a GM rank, he was out of the rankings.

Donating for a GM status is quite like in real life 'buying yourself to be a policeman'.

That Statement is true but he donated for sumething causeful and dont u think that its what the owner will decide on.
