banning systen :)

Yo i saw in the thread of pikachu that she got banned cause her brother got banned and he got ip banned like i know there is another way to ban just close the char and delete his char.
Its not useful to ban ip just delete the char ty for reading.

If he didnt get IP/Mac banned, he could easily just make another character and hack with it, which is what he'd most likely do, regarding to what Pikachu said. So no, "banning" his account doesnt really help.

However, she could use a proxy to enter pikachu.
